Remote Executive Assistant

Salary $22 – $26 per hour

Full time. $22 to $26 per hour. (Depending on your experience, education and certifications). The Remote Executive Assistant will support the sales department with coordination of schedules, projects and other tasks. You will work full time, 40 hours per week and occasionally be available to handle task from executives in international time zones. 

The Remote Executive Assistant must have the ability to work from home while also working closely with our remote team, as well as organizations and executives who are located across the USA and Europe. We are looking for a virtual assistant who can work well independently in a home based setting while also working successfully in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, virtual assistant, or admin office manger – or similar role. 

Duties

  • Manage highly confidential office and administrative support tasks with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Handle requests and act as a go-between with our executives.
  • Screen cals and voicemail, forward to appropriate individuals, respond to general email requests and follow up as necessary. 
  • Prepares business letters, reports, correspondence, presentations, minutes, schedules and more. 
  • Use business software including Microsoft Teams, Excel, MS Word, project management software, and more.
  • Make business travel arrangements, coordinate meeting logistics, distribute travel vouchers and details, and prepare expense reports.
  • Manage, plan, and update calendars (internal and external meetings).
  • Track and submit all expenses for reimbursement. Create monthly reports and quarterly reports.
  • to $26 per hour, full benefits, remote work

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must:

  • Have previous administrative experience (5+ years)
  • Have organizational and time management skills
  • Have leadership skills
  • Have the ability to work independently from a fully equipped home office with printer, laptop, internet access, and a private and quiet room with door 
  • Have the ability to multi-task proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Microsoft Office certificationshelpful.

Job Description

Responsibilities include arranging travel and meetings; follow-up tasks; managing schedules; in charge of sending, receiving, and tracking correspondence; managing various google documents, interfacing with clients; and other various administrative tasks related to acquisitions, mergers and capital investments. Investment or financial experience is NOT required but industry experience is helpful. Requires strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Multiple positions are available and virtual assistants can work from any location. Positions are FULL TIME

Candidate must have the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a MUST as the majority of communication with team will take place via phone, FaceTime and SKYPE. Job Description

Do you want to learn about the fashion industry while working from home? Our small but growing marketplace is female-owned and female driven. We will soon be launching a comprehensive digital resource for fashion designers, fashion retailers and fashion buyers that features thousands of items from around the world. But we need your help!

Responsibilities 

Each work shift you will be given a file containing photos and .pdf catalogue documents containing descriptions of products such as women’s and junior’s clothing, maternity clothing, men’s clothing, swimwear, outerwear, shoes, handbags, jewelry, hats and other accessories. Your task will be to upload the photos to our system, enter descriptions, fashion houses, contact information, price points and any discounts being offered. You will also tag each item with keywords that describe the item’s brand, color, fabric, style, etc. Some items may require research or follow-up via chat, phone, text or email.

Required Skills and Expertise

We are looking for virtual assistants who enjoy working in a digital environment. We would prefer those who are comfortable working with image and pdf files, and have excellent (fast and accurate!) data entry skills.

My advice – create a digital resume or portfolio package (check out my portfolio here!) Hiring managers, especially those looking for home based virtual assistants, aren’t going to meet you face to face so I would suggest setting up a portfolio and make it professional and informative! I recommend website builder for your VA portfolio because it’s so easy to use. You don’t need any web design skills! I would also suggest that you get some certifications. Most employers seem to be interested in certifications for remote office management, Quickbooks, Adobe, and Miscrosoft Office. I completed the Administrative Professional Foundations Course a few months ago which certified my skills for C-level executive support.

Salary $16/hr +

Dependable and creative virtual assistants needed to work from home performing a variety of tasks for our international team. Most of the work will involve managing our social media posts to include logging in and accessing a list of content blocks and then cutting and pasting into the appropriate platform. You will also be responding to replies to those posts, monitoring typos, and uploading graphics.

Other duties include general clerical work including data entry, creating reports, and preparing packages for those who have requested information in the mail.

We are hiring part time virtual assistants and would prefer candidates who are interested in trends, fashion, style and home decor. A basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram is also required. We will train you to use our social media software.

This position will begin with approximately 15-20 hours each week, but will grow to 30-35 hours per week over the next year.
