Part-Time Admin Personal Assistant needed to work from home to provide outstanding administrative duties to a very busy entrepreneur with multiple small businesses. You will:

Maintain calendar

Schedule Appointments

Emails

Warm/cold phone calls

Send out appointment reminders

Send out emails

Follow-up

Screen solicitations and RFP’s to determine if company should submit bid/response

Coordinate with venues regarding company training events

Update the following: a. webpage “content only” via WordPress

Manage Social Media Outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our Podcasts

Create and edit PowerPoint Presentations/Publisher files

Other duties as assigned

Must have a quiet home office and be able to work flexible hours. Good administrative skills required. Previous home based office work experience  helpful but not required.

Our Personal and Administrative Assistants earn $15 per hour and up and work 100% for their home office.
