As an associate working from your remote office, you’ll assist customers, enter data, and assist with accounts. You’ll handle a wide range of customer service interactions. Whether you’re talking to a customer on the phone, working with them online, or answering their questions via text message, your care and empathy will give them the personalized experience they deserve.
Essential Responsibilities
• Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow ups and confirm appointments to best support the customer
• Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our database
• Handle a wide range of customer service interactions and make sure everything goes smoothly, so the ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.
You must: Thrive in a high energy and fast-paced environment as a member of our virtual and remote team. Must have basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
