Virtual Receptionists

Work from home and grow your career wile helping the business community. You’ll work remotely but will have constant contact with a team of employees. Virtual Receptionists work from all around the world, answering calls from their homes on behalf of corporate partners and businesses. Virtual Receptionists will also communicate with clients using Webchat and email.  

You must be able to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST / 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST. You must be available 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (the more the better). Shifts are broken into 2- to 5-hour blocks and are scheduled based on the business needs of Smith.ai and its clients, as well as your availability.

You must be honest, dependable and professional. Experience working in an office setting, providing customer support, or working as a receptionist is helpful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • From your home office, respond to phone calls and virtual chats for business professionals all around the world.  
  • Calls will consist of completing screenings, setting appointments, collecting data, recording messages, and transferring calls when necessary. 
  • You must enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • You must be team orientated and work well with a virtual team

$10 per hour to start with paychecks issued every week with raises for quality work. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, cash bonuses and paid training.

Currently seeking individuals that possess exceptional customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 

Duties

Agents will assist with reschedules of appliance delivery orders, checking delivery status, schedule deliveries, resolving related problems and miscellaneous requests supporting one of  the largest appliance business in the world!

Agents will assist customers, support Associates, managers, and consumers in all aspects of the order delivery process. Interact with store agents on store and direct- to consumer delivers. Assist customers as need to build satisfaction with their appliance and interact with store agents on store and direct- to consumer delivers.  

Qualifications

Agents on this project are required to demonstrate exceptional customer service with attention to detail oriented, conscientious, strong sense of ownership with proven follow-through skills.

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at one time; strong organization skills, previous sales, inbound calls or customer service experience.

Salary & More

Training is paid minimum wage for your local area, call taking pay rate is $8.50 an hour, or minimum wage for your local area, whichever one is higher. 

Hours of Operation are Mon – Fri, 7:00AM – 9:00PM (CST), and Saturday 7:00AM – 6:00PM (CST) Sunday CLOSED However, there will be occasional Sundays during peak Seasonal time periods (Red, White, & Blue Sale and Black Friday). Agents on this project must be able to work at least 15 hours per week; mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
